Training and keeping fit has always been a huge part of my life. I have always loved anything that pushes me both mentally and physically.


Rugby and weight training are two of my biggest passions in life. I really enjoy helping people to feel more confident about themselves.


A few years ago, after becoming a PT I decided I wanted to take my training further and started competing in Triathlons. I absolutely loved how much it pushed and challenged me. I enjoy training people to increase their cardio and strength to help build their confidence and their fitness.

To see my clients’ results is so gratifying. Showing people just how much they can achieve and watching them reach their goals, whatever they maybe, whether that may be learning to deadlift their body weight or running their first marathon. I enjoy the one to one training and Prime is the perfect environment for me to do so!


Prime is a great training environment for anyone who is just starting on their fitness journey to people who want to take their training further and work in a more personal and relaxed environment.


I believe in building strong partnerships with clients, understanding their ambitions, listening to any insecurities they may have, helping them to overcome them and encouraging and motivating them to achieve their goals.
